Soul and Work is an invitation to bring depth, meaning, and connection into the way we understand and experience work. We use the word soul in its most generous sense - not to prescribe a definition, but to open space for each person to bring their own meaning. Work is often seen as routine, duty, or survival, yet it also holds the potential to be prayerful, creative, relational, and bring real change. In our quest for Soul at Work, we explore how the unseen and the seen, the eternal and the everyday, come together in the rhythms of our labour, our relationships, and our lives. This is a place for reflection, dialogue, and community - a place to ask: what soul work are we being called to do, and how can we do it together?

Soul at Work Epistle
In September 2025, eighteen individuals from diverse countries came together for the first Soul at Work gathering—a three-day event of reflection, dialogue, and shared presence. Hosted with warmth and generosity by the Claretian Missionary Sisters, the convent in Reus, Spain, became a simple, beautiful, and containing space for this collective journey. During their time together, the group wrote an epistle—a living letter of reflection and intention—to share with others and to build upon in the future. With this, they allow the conversation to remain open, waiting with curiosity and attentiveness for what might yet emerge.
Soul and Work 2026
This event aims to help individuals re-enchant their leadership in order to re-enchant their organisations and to join a collective journey of re-enchanting a disenchanted world.
Save the Dates: 6th to 8th November 2026
Soul and Work: This special event will create a temporary faith community to explore the boundaries between the secular and spiritual. We will share our experiences of how spirituality manifests in the workplace and reflect on how to re-enchant ourselves, our leadership, and our organisations.
Who should come: Organisational leaders, consultants, coaches, faith leaders and all engaged in spiritual practices in the workplace. Those who share a deep desire to explore what it means to bring our soul to work. Spirituality is a diverse and plural experience; all are welcome.
